Dee-Dee's Feline Angels and Friends is a Christian based NO-KILL animal rescue based in Fremont, Ohio. We specialize in Feline Leukemia (FeLV) positive cats and Feline Immunodeficiency Virus (FIV) positive cats. However, we do also rescue negative tested cats and try to place them in forever homes. We are a registered 501c3 non-profit organization striving to be the voice for the animals.

We are in a rural area in fremont on about three acres. The acreage gives the rescue the unique ability to help a multitude of species that are in need. We have not only rescued cats but we have rescued three horses, two goats and have even rescued a donkey. Our intention is to create a space here in Sandusky county this is similar to other large organizations such as Cat House on the Kings in California or Friends of Feline Rescue in Defiance, Ohio.

Diane and Rodney Kusic purchased the property with the intent of creating a space for all animals, especially animals with special needs. DDFA&F's message and goal has crossed the nation as we assist rescues, caretakers and even occasionally veterinarians with  a new way of looking at Felv and Fiv and how they are spread.

We at DDFA&F provide all the necessities and medical care for our animals until they can find a permanent home. We do have some animals that will remain with us for the remainder of their lives due to disease, behavior problems or other medical related issues that make it difficult for an average person to care for.  Our goal is to prevent animals for being surrendered  or needlessly killed.

We have also partnered with Humane Ohio  in Toledo, Ohio to Offer the community a low cost spay and neuter and a TNR program.
